All Sales Are Final
For hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrance purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your name
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will:
- Send a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable
Order Issues
If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
